Created in the course of the revitalization of an industrial wasteland (formerly S\u00e4chsische Kunstseide), the location is both a success story and a “pilot project” of Stadtentwicklungsgesellschaft Pirna mbH, which was founded in 1995. Since then, numerous companies have established themselves on over 30 hectares of commercial space, providing well over 1000 jobs. The site is almost fully utilized, and the task now is to create new and further opportunities. <\/p>\n
