After the area had lain fallow for many years, Stadtentwicklungsgesellschaft Pirna mbH acquired the site and pushed ahead with its development. The development was completed in 2018, adding more than 6 hectares of commercial space to the site. Numerous companies have established themselves at the site in the vicinity of manufacturing companies and various retail facilities, rounding off Pirna’s business landscape. <\/p>\n

Stadtentwicklungsgesellschaft Pirna mbH has responded to the continuing demand for commercial land by creating opportunities for expansion. To the south of the existing commercial site, there are further commercially usable areas totaling approx. 1.8 hectares, which can be reached directly from Lohmener Strasse. <\/p>\n
