The SEP is making every effort to ensure that Pirna continues to establish itself as a strong medium-sized center in the Dresden growth region. By creating attractive residential areas and strengthening the soft location factors, the challenges of demographic change are to be tackled and positively shaped. The prerequisite for this is the establishment and expansion of new companies, which provide the financial basis for the people and the city for everything else. In over 20 years of company history, numerous projects have already been successfully implemented and positively promoted the development of the city.
