The location
The new residential area on Wehlener Strasse/Arthur-Thiermann-Strasse in Pirna-Zatzschke is somewhat removed from the hustle and bustle of the city and yet integrated into all aspects of life – work, leisure, education, culture, shopping and much more.

The district of Zatzschke/Mockethal, located on the right bank of the Elbe, is now home to around 550 residents.
