Als\u00a0kompetenter\u00a0Partner steht die SEP mit eigenen Angeboten bereit, vermittelt Kontakte und begleitet die individuellen Vorhaben.<\/p>\n<p>Um auch k\u00fcnftig gut aufgestellt zu sein, geht Pirna mit seinen Nachbarkommunen Dohna und Heidenau einen gemeinsamen Weg bei der Gewerbefl\u00e4chenentwicklung. Ein interkommunales Gewerbegebiet bietet k\u00fcnftig Chancen und M\u00f6glichkeiten f\u00fcr Investitionen. Im Jahr 2017 hat der Zweckverband <a class=\"link--orange\" href=\"https:\/\/www.zv-ipo.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">IndustriePark Oberelbe<\/a> seine Arbeit aufgenommen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Das Ziel:<\/strong> Im Dreieck Pirna-Dohna-Heidenau soll ein Magnet f\u00fcr wachstumsstarke Unternehmen und die Schl\u00fcsseltechnologien des 21.\u00a0Jahrhunderts entstehen. Daf\u00fcr sollen 140 Hektar Industrie- und Gewerbefl\u00e4che geschaffen werden, in bester Anbindung an leistungsf\u00e4hige Verkehrswege und die Forschungs- und Innovationszentren der
