mbH<\/h1>\n<\/div>\n<\/header>Die Stadtentwicklungsgesellschaft Pirna mbH (SEP) ist eine der vier st\u00e4dtischen Tochteregsellschaftten der Stadt Pirna. Hier laufen die Aufgabenbereiche der Entwicklung, Erschlie\u00dfung und Vermarktung von Gewerbe- und Wohnstandorten zusammen.<\/div>\n<div class=\"text-wrapper\">Dar\u00fcber hinaus verantwortet die SEP auch die Wirtschaftsf\u00f6rderung der Stadt Pirna. Neben der Organisation der UnternehmerRunde ist vor allen Dingen die Kontaktvermittlung und die Begleitung von Unternehmen f\u00fcr investive Ma\u00dfnahmen f\u00fcr dieses Themenfeld charakteristisch.<\/div>\n<div class=\"text-wrapper\">Zus\u00e4tzlich zeichnet die SEP f\u00fcr die Projektsteuerung und Projektentwicklung verantwortlich. Die Errichtung und Vermietung von Gewerbehallen und die Ansiedlung von Gewerbeparks, aber auch eines Hortgeb\u00e4udes sowie die Sanierung von Wohn- und Gesch\u00e4ftsimmobilien bilden den Themenschwerpunkt der Porjektsteuerungsaufgaben. Zus\u00e4tzlich verantwortet die Stadtentwicklungsgesellschaft das Stadtmarketing als Dienstleister f\u00fcr die Stadt Hier laufen die Aufgabenbereiche der Entwicklung, Erschlie\u00dfung und Vermarktung von Gewerbe- und Wohnstandorten zusammen. Dar\u00fcber hinaus verantwortet die SEP auch die Wirtschaftsf\u00f6rderung der Stadt Pirna. Neben der Organisation der UnternehmerRunde ist vor allen Dingen die Kontaktvermittlung und die Begleitung von Unternehmen f\u00fcr investive Ma\u00dfnahmen f\u00fcr dieses Themenfeld charakteristisch. Zus\u00e4tzlich zeichnet die SEP f\u00fcr die Projektsteuerung und Projektentwicklung verantwortlich. Die Errichtung und Vermietung von Gewerbehallen und die Ansiedlung von Gewerbeparks, aber auch eines Hortgeb\u00e4udes sowie die Sanierung von Wohn- und Gesch\u00e4ftsimmobilien bilden den Themenschwerpunkt der Porjektsteuerungsaufgaben.
